A good online booking system should communicate with the reception desk system and automatically transmit information about reservations that have been made. When we manually add the booking on the basis of information received from the system to our e-mail address, we do not fully make use of the potential of online engine. Full integration of the online booking system with PMS unlocks this potential and significantly simplifies the work of the reservation department.

Integration of the systems causes the entire information concerning the room availability to be transferred to HotelSystems. It means that all rooms which are actually available at the hotel can be available to book them on the website. It eliminates the necessity to control the availability and block the online sale when all the rooms are sold. Booking online causes the room of a certain standard to be blocked. From the reception desk’s point of view, such a reservation is entirely maintenance-free. All necessary information about the booking is immediately transmitted to the reception desk system, and the availability of the rooms is automatically updated.
